2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• •Access the Services through automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other unauthorized means.
• •Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Services.

3. Pool Data and User Content

• •You retain ownership of the picks, entries, and other content you submit ("User Content").
• •By submitting User Content, you grant PoolCrunch a limited license to store, process, and display it in connection with providing the Services.
• •PoolCrunch does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party pool data imported or synced into the Services.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• •Payments are securely processed by Stripe; PoolCrunch does not store full payment details.
• •Current plans are offered as one-time seasonal purchases and do not auto-renew. PoolCrunch may introduce recurring billing in the future.
• •Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied or encounter issues, please contact us at support@poolcrunch.com. We aim to be customer-friendly and will issue refunds in good faith where reasonable.

5. Intellectual Property and Sharing

• •All content, tools, features, and branding of PoolCrunch are the property of PoolCrunch.
• •You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• •You may share PoolCrunch-generated images or screenshots for personal or social use, provided our branding remains intact and PoolCrunch is credited. Altering or removing PoolCrunch branding is not permitted.

6. No Gambling Disclaimer

PoolCrunch is a data and analytics tool. We do not operate or administer pools, contests, or prizes.

• •Users are solely responsible for ensuring their pool participation complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• •PoolCrunch is not liable for any prizes, payouts, or outcomes of pools you join.

7. Disclaimers

• •The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
• •PoolCrunch makes no warranties or guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, reliability, or results (including the outcome of pools).

8. Limitation of Liability

• •PoolCrunch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Services.
• •To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoolCrunch's total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

• •PoolCrunch may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• •You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@poolcrunch.com. Upon request, we will delete your account and associated data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will provide notice (for example, by posting on our website). Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
