Common Questions

What types of pools does PoolCrunch support?

NFL survivor pools are our home turf, and NFL is free to use. NCAAF pools are available now with a season pass, NBA and NHL passes arrive in October, and MLB returns in the spring.

Is PoolCrunch free?

Yes. PoolCrunch is free to use for NFL pools. A season pass raises your pool and entry limits and adds the pass-holder tools for one league's season.

Do you offer refunds?

A season pass is a one-time purchase for a season, so we don't refund it because a pool didn't go your way. Being eliminated is part of survivor. If PoolCrunch itself isn't what you expected, email us and we'll make it right.
